Practical workshops are organised within the premises of SMEs involved in the project “LPP” and their purpose are introducing newly established services which are going to be provided for the target group (SMEs operating in the food industry, professionals, students and general public).
At one of these practical workshop organised within the Functional model demonstration sites established by each SME involved in the project “LPP”, on June 1st, the production of new products of KKV Union s.r.o. was presented.
At the event, József Berényi, vice-president of the Trnava self-governing region, welcomed approximately 50 participants from both sides of the Slovak-Hungarian border to visit KKV-Union s.r.o. and then symbolically handed over the newly purchased equipment – a system for obtaining and treating water, a pasteurizer and a labeling machine.
During a visit to the production plant, where the equipment is located, Ing. Alžbeta Papp, managing director of KKV Union s.r.o., presented the company's intentions, their new machines and ready-made products, such as special fruit and herbal drinks. The day also included the outputs of research and application activities implemented within the TAPE program and the production process of the relevant SMEs, which were presented by RNDr. Marcela Blažková from NPPC (National Agricultural and Food Center).
