The Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as “MIRRI SR”) announces to the public that the scope of evaluation of the strategic document with nationwide impact “Interreg Cross-border Cooperation Program Slovak Republic-Hungary 2021 – 2027“ is, within the process of environmental impact assessment according to the Act no. 24/2006 Coll. on Environmental Impact Assessment and on Amendments to Certain Acts as Amended (hereinafter referred to as “Act No. 24/2006 Coll.”), has been published on the following websites: https://www.mirri.gov.sk/, https://www.skhu.eu and https://www.enviroportal.sk/.
Opinions of the public on the scope of evaluation according to the article 8 par. 8 of Act no. 24/2006 Coll., can be submitted no later than 10 days after its publication in writing to the address: MIRRI SR, section of cross-border cooperation programs, PCS management and implementation department, Račianska 153 / A, 831 03 Bratislava.
