Third expert roundtable discussion titled “Behavioural addictions” we organize on our traditional Open days on 21st May 2018. Morning there will be an opportunity to visit the work at the Hope, including the Resocialization Center, the garden, the animals and the park on a total area of 2,7 ha. On Pentecost we hold traditionally a church service in the Chapel of Hope. After the refreshing and networking reception follows a presentation newly by special education teacher of CPLDZ Bratislava, PaedDr. Erika Kovácsová, PhD, afterwards we congregate to an expert roundtable discussion according to the topic. Beside the chemical addictions discussed so far (alcohol, drugs, nicotine...) have serious actuality as well the behavioural addictions, like gambling (slot machines, casino), screen addiction (internet, videogames, smartphone), porn addiction, workoholism or co-dependency.
