During the project, the Szent István University is organizing 3 events in kindergartens to do interactive teaching about the two main topics of the project (sustainability and ICT). At the events, kindergarten teachers will use interactive methods of teaching to help the kids to learn more about environment protection, selective waste collection, renewable energy sources, the possible use of ICT tools in everyday life.
Content
This will be the first event with kindergarten kids. In the project, altogether there will be 3 events to be held in kindergartens. There was a pedagogical methodological supporting document prepared involving the university lecturers and kindergarten teachers and the workshops with the kinds will be realized according to this document. The method and the thematic of the program has been „tested” already in the Kikelet Kindergarten Gödöllő to see what type of information the kinds can digest and how within the timeframe available. The first motivation and career days for kindergartens will be held in Cserháthaláp, Nógrád county. The second will be in another institution in Nógrád and the last one will be in Pest county. We believe that the economic and social differences between the two counties could be identified in the knowledge of the kinds. We target small groups in the kindergartens to help the kinds to concentrate and to avoid the loss of attention during the course.
