Practical workshop with purpose of transferring knowledge and outputs of SKHU 1701/3.1/110 TAPE-Food industry focused on cereals, their processing
Content
Practical workshops organised within the Functional model demonstration sites established by each SME involved in the project "LPP". Practical workshops will be organised within the premises of SMEs involved in the project "LPP" and their purpose will be to introduce newly established services which are going to be provided for the target group (SMEs operating in the food industry, professionals and general public). On the 13th of October the Vörös Tészta Manufaktúra company and its production process will be presented, from the cultivation of Einkorn wheat to the production of goods.
There will be presented outputs from research and application activities performed within the TAPE implemented into the production process of participating SMEs. Topic: Einkorn wheat as a functional food contributes to healthy nutrition and health promotion via its exceptional contents.
