The Csemadok Zselíz Basic Organisation cordially invites you to the RE-BIRTH project (SKHU/1802/3.1/040) for the Knowledge Transfer for Young People event, entitled
„Preparing Lent cabbage and sourdough bread”
Programme:
09:00 Departure by bus to Salka from the Hungarian House, Želiezovce parking lot (Schubert street 26, 937 01 Želiezovce).
10:00 – 16:00 Preparation of Lent cabbage and sourdough bread. Country House of Salka will be a worthy venue for the preparation of the traditional Lenten meal on open fire. Participants will also learn how to make sourdough bread and how to bake it in the oven.
