Content
Oftentimes, entrepreneurs and micro-businesses run into their capacity cap. There is no time left for setting up processes or HR education in the company and it hardly fits on the list of priorities. However, these topics are crucial from day one regardless size of a company. It can prevent many problems, whether doing business in the domestic or foreign markets.
The first part of the workshop will be accompanied by a lecturer Janka Lacková - senior consultant and coach in MVAcademy. She will teach you how to properly prepare and ask questions during the interview, thus ensuring a quality selection of the staff and colleagues.
The second part of the workshop will be guided by a lecturer Branislav Príbojský - co-owner of Freya Corporation Ltd., focusing on the importance of setting internal processes and their impact on business success. He will help you set up and optimize your processes.
