The Csemadok Zselíz Basic Organisation cordially invites you to the RE-BIRTH project (SKHU/1802/3.1/040) for the Knowledge Transfer for Young People event, entitled
“Sacher cake making and gastronomic demonstration at Eduard Sacher's birthplace in Želiezovce”
Programme:
1. Opening
2. Variations on a cake - Variations on Sacher cake and the Sacher tradition in Želiezovce and the region (Márk Kepka)
3. Creative workshop (Margareta Kiánek): Sacher cake making, chocolate tempering technique, chocolate seal making, Sacher balls making, Sacher-Masoch cake making, Sacher coffee.
4. Tasting and presentation
Participation in the event is free of charge. The event will be held in Hungarian.
