Direct aim of the project is to develop and network individual Castle History Experience Points in the Hungarian-Slovakian border region and to develop innovative tourism services that contribute to enhancing the tourist attraction of the program area. Within the project 10 palaces and mansions are selected on both sides of the border. Based on authentic archives we will set up creative, 21st century interactive exhibitions and art museums in halls of the selected buildings, which will provide global experience and knowledge of their history. Mini exhibitions will introduce visitors the former palace landowners, their everydays, celebrations, lifestyles, associated anecdotes and legends. Castle life presented by story-telling provides wholesome recreation for tourists, meanwhile also serving the purpose of entertaining education. The Castle History Experience Points - built into public awareness and organised into networks, - will play a major role in making travel decisions. Quality tourism development related to cultural attractions - Innovative infotechnological developments: creating Castle History Experience Points in the following buildings: Teleki-Tisza Palace of Nagykovácsi ; Castle of Szerencs; Madách Mansion of Csesztve; Mikszáth Mansion of Horpács; Szirmay Mansion of Szirmabesenyő; Meczner Mansion of Makkoshotyka; Almásy Castle of Tarnaméra; Czóbel Mansion of Anarcs; Zlinszky Mansion of Dabas-Gyón; Sennyey Palace of Bély; Premonstratensian Monastery of Jászó. Joint Marketing Activity: we wish to launch a trademark and a pilot project by creating History Experience Points. The main marketing aim of partners is to reach the widest possible audience with the results of the fulfilled developments. This project element includes the designing of unique brand images of the experience points, which will be the base for production of objects, promotional products, information material and exhibition guides.
