Within the framework of the project, the professional knowledge of institutional experts was expanded, in which the experts of health and social sphere became acquainted with best practices of another country during a study trip, they participated in accredited trainings to promote social cohesion and health care of the marginalized population, as well as they organized cross-border workshops, where the professional supervision was assisted by a psychologist.

The cross border knowledge transfer between the institutional experts was an important work package in the project, in which Madar introduced group management techniques and Ács presented the health visitor and child welfare services and the operation of child protection warning system to the colleagues of the neighboring country.

During development of health and social services, the partners organized professional interactive events for the local population, especially for the disadvantaged people 5 times in Hungary.  
Besides, members of the target group could access varoius health and social services. 

The dissolution of the social exclusion of marginalized groups is a stressed task in the area, so the experts assisted finding employment on the labour market with trainings, improved conditions for job retention, and provided professional help in business establishment.

The development of of the social and health infrastructure was implemented by the participating local goverments: at Ács the roof of a social building was renovated and different health care and social equipments were purchased, and at Madar the medical office was renovated - thanks to the support.
