Online workshop focused on the history, lifestyle, customs and traditions of the Romans
A workshop, organized with the participation project partners’ representatives - the municipalities of Almásfüzitő and Iža, as well as various other guests, focused on the customs, traditions and lifestyle of the Romans, will introduce famous individuals from the ancient Roman Empire and their muses, enemies and deities. An architect, a holder of the Ybl award, will describe individual elements of Roman architecture and a member of the Roman and Ethnographic Museum will present the art of making traditional Roman clothing - toga. Last but not least, Roman festivities and plays will be presented, and before the closing speech of the mayor of Iža, members of the Magyarock Dalszínház will present an ancient play in Latin, successfully closing a series of thematic workshops. The event will take place virtually, via an online communication platform.
