The Csemadok Zselíz Basic Organisation cordially invites you to the RE-BIRTH project (SKHU/1802/3.1/040) for the Knowledge Transfer for Young People event, entitled
„Traditional pig slaughter”
The all-day event will demonstrate the traditional pig slaughtering process - roasting, processing, frying - and will conclude with dinner, singing and entertainment in the evening.
