Practical workshop with purpose of transferring knowledge and outputs of SKHU 1701/3.1/110 TAPE-Food industry focused on meat, its processing.
Practical workshops organised within the Functional model demonstration sites established by each SME involved in the project "LPP". Practical workshops will be organised within the premises of SMEs involved in the project "LPP" and their purpose will be to introduce newly established services which are going to be provided for the target group (SMEs operating in the food industry, professionals and general public). Manufacturing the Mäsovinky s.r.o. company’s new products will be presented on the 20th of January.
There will be presented outputs from research and application activities performed within the TAPE implemented into the production process of participating SMEs. Topic: Production process of fermented meat products.
