Medical/wellness tourism development in the world heritage caves of the Aggtelek and Slovak Karst
Invitation to the press conference: Topic of press-conference will be also the achievement of 30km length of Baradla-Domica Cave System.
The project with the mentioned name started in October 2017 within the INTERREG V-A Cooperation Program Slovak Republic - Hungary supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
The aim of the project was to build suitable sites with a positive impact for the upper respiratory tract, as well as for speleoclimatic and reconditioning-rehabilitation stays in the Baradla and Béka caves in Hungary and Domica on the Slovak side. The sites are located in the national parks of the Slovak and Aggtelek Karst and are inscribed on the UNESCO World Natural Heritage List. The end of the project is in February 2021.
