Binding guidance for Slovak partners on public procurement procedures

The Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization as the National Authority of the Interreg VI-A Hungary - Slovakia Programme, following the amendment of Act No. 343/2015 on Public Procurement effective from 01.08.2024, issues binding guidelines for applicants/beneficiaries on public procurement/procurement procedures and on public procurement/procurement control.
The other provisions of the Single Guide for applicants/beneficiaries on the public procurement/procurement process and control, version 3 effective from 19.04.2023, which are not affected by this Guideline, shall remain in force until the date of entry into force of the new Guide on the public procurement/procurement process and control for the CBC programmes in the programming period 2021-2027.
