The guide is a methodological document for realisation of public procurement process in Slovakia. For public procurement process initiated before 18th April 2016, beneficiaries shall follow the rules as stated in the Applicant`s Manual. The Guide on public procurement process does not replace any binding documents related to preparation and implementation of projects but serves as methodical tool aimed for improvement of the quality of public procurements realised within the projects.For the guide and its annexes click on the link:
