R2 and M3 - Cooperation and Coordination Project

TAPE called „Between R2 and M3. Toward a new cross-border north-south economic development axis” was submitted and selected in the first round of the Call SKHU/1703. This Action Plan is a North-South economic development initiative that was established to successfully coordinate the economic and employment programs which support the development of the region between Hatvan and Lucenec. 
The present CCP will be in charge of the overall coordination and communication of the TAPE including 6 other projects. Main objective of the CCP is the successful realisation of the project outputs and results in terms of quality, quantity and time, with special regard to the creation of new jobs, as well as providing publicity for the results and outputs both on TAPE and project level. Communication activities shall be accomplished according to the Communication and Capitalization Plan to be prepared until the end of the first reporting period.
Both the NFÜ, as LB, and the Municipality of Filakovo, as Beneficiary, will provide experienced management staff having more than 15 years of project management praxis. Beneficiaries have wide experience in direct and indirect job creation and promotion of emloyment, including local action plan or establishment and management of employment pacts. Coordination will be carried out through regular pesonal/phone/e-mail communication, as well as quarterly technical meetings of the management teams of projects under implementation.
Output indicator can be specified as a new common business service provided for the project partners including consultancy and support in management, risk management, finances, legal matters and communication on both TAPE and project level. It will be carried out by the project staff of the partners, as well as external experts, if necessary.
After closing the project the sustainment tasks will be shared by the LB and its partner based on their own capacities.
