Slovak and Hungarian Chambers of Commerce and Industry provide through the new cross-border service information about R&D infrastructure and services.
The InnoService project has brought together five Slovak and Hungarian chambers of commerce and industry to support innovativeness of regional companies through a common initiative with the aim to increase the competitiveness of the companies and thus the economic performance of the regions. The partners have developed a new unique online service titled Cross-border Innovation Service Portfolio that will serve to the Slovak as well as to the Hungarian companies. Through a new web application, the companies will have at their disposal information about R&D infrastructure and services in the area of South-East Slovakia and North-East Hungary at one place 24 hours a day. Information about each R&D organisation includes a contact to responsible employees that enable easier establishment of cooperation for the companies.
The project has furthermore started new cooperation initiatives through a set of B2B meetings among Slovak and Hungarian companies and providers of innovation services in forestry and wood processing, information technologies, metal-working industry, machinery and automotive industry.

On Thursday, October 25, 2018, a B2B business forum for ICT research and development providers from the Slovak Republic and Hungary will take place at the Hotel Yasmin in Košice. The organizer of the event is the Kosice regional chamber of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
